The Spanish Association of Paediatric Dentistry recommended that the first revision takes place between 12 and 18 months old, and whenever possible once the milk teeth are completed, at three years. At this age it is possible to check the existence of any signs of chewing, swallowing problems and at that time teach the correct way to clean and care for their teeth.
